Hey guys, i know most people probably use excel cos of the formulas, but I was wondering if anyone has tried using notion as a place to store everything from tracking finances to storing passwords or important documents?

I think it depends on how intense you want to track your finances. I have seen people track it like a balance sheet and yes, Google Sheets does the job well. Otherwise, there are a lot of templates on the Notion gallery that you can find one that fits your needs.
As for storing passwords, I would suggest Bitwarden. It's an open-source password manager that is as good as Lastpass/OnePass.
Overall, Notion for me to keep everything else except my passwords.
