To get an entry level in the digital marketing field , is it advisable to get an entry level sales and marketing role first after completion of private uni studies ?

I think you can start out in an entry level role and see if there are ways to specialize more in digital marketing, or you can try to look for internships that are more relevant to what you want to do :)

You should try out internships and that would really help you nail your full time job
