Recently came across this company. It is a spin off from Yangzijiang shipbuilding. Company has done aggressive sharebuybacks and wihtin 2 months have accumulated 4% of shares in its buyback. Thoughts if it is worth investing?

I think it has reached the bottom currently and should be better going forward although it might take quite some time to move toward its' NAV.
