I didnt deep dive into Grab. But I would like to share my opinion.
It shall not fundamentally affect much the company. What I worry more is the "monopoly" status of Grab. I myself is an avid Grab user. I find it recent increase fare in Grab and lesser promotion will slowly lose the customers/volumes if the competitor catches up (eg: Gojek offers free ride for vaccination and cut down commission to give more to drivers, ComfortDelgro competitive pricing, ShopeePay is catching up).
Personally, Grab stickiness is not really sticky imo. I can use up all the reward point and shift to others which offers better.βββ
