Separately I have a IBKR account which I use 80% to buy and hold long term for quality stocks, and keep about 20% for trading in and out of speculative stocks.

I have two portfolios, one for macro trading and one for Buy and hold.
As a trader, I am a macro trend follower. My trading time horizon varies from 6 months to 2 years. Usually, i have about 5-10 trades in my portfolio.
I use buy and hold strategy to invest in high quality companies.
