Thinking of writing a book but don't have time to write it yourself — worth it to hire a ghostwriter?

Been sitting on a book idea (business story) for over a year now but between work and life, I just can't find time to actually sit down and write 60k+ words. Recently looked into professional ghostwriting + publishing services — apparently they handle everything from interviews/outlining to the final manuscript, cover design, ISBN, even Amazon listing setup.

Anyone here gone down this route before? Curious if it's actually worth the cost vs just grinding it out solo, and how much control you really get over the final product/voice. Would love to hear real experiences before I commit to anything.

Wonder what you feel so compelled to write yet don't wish to spend time/effort writing.

A good piece of writing is best done personally, so you can accept the final result, good or bad. While hiring someone else to write it may be convenient, the stories and experiences you have in life are something others can't understand or write about. There are many tools available now to easily record life; you could look into AI (AI-generated content)
