Backstory: 4 friends + me decided to pool our funds together to buy a B1 industrial property. It's a warehouse unit. We thought this property would be a good play on the logistics boom in South East Asia. This is especially true with large logistics companies like Ninjavan or Lalamove having a big presence in SG.
We have done some background research into PSF vs other properties, typical usage of neighbouring properties, etc etc. But I think we can use some help from other pros who have experience in this field.
Any real estate investors or agents here have advice for impt things to be aware of when doing such investments? Thanks in advance
