There are some integrated HDB blocks with a rental unit built at each floor instead of a whole block. Does this affect the future resale value of non rental units in these integrated blocks?

Understand that these integrated blocks with a rental unit at each level were quite recently built in some estates. Does anyone has experience or know someone having difficulty selling their non rental unit in such integrated blocks?

I think it really depends on the neighbours. Even non-rental flat units can have hoarders living in them & disturb the peace & beauty of the common space.
