The low interest rate environment in the past number of years tend to favor REITS. What is your view of REITS in the longer term when interest rates can potentially rise significantly?

End of the day we need to know that, end if REITs does not have much capital appreciation, there will be 90% of profits given back to shareholders.

My take will be, I will focus more on Data Centres (DC) and healthcare REITs. Because there will be a rise in healthcare needs and Singapore is known for medical tourism / it's medical advancement. Hence, healthcare REITs is way to go!
