Apparently, Citibank just had a roadshow at SMU. The Citi Clear Card was being promoted to students. The card has no minimum spending, no income required. No annual fees as well. Are we missing something?

I actually serverely do not recommend this card. For a few reasons:

also last thing. Dont make this mistake like me, cos i also got the CLEAR card and canceled, now when i started working, im no longer considered a NEW MEMBER ON CITI. Means i dont get additional cash vouchers when i sign up for a proper card :)
