TES savings just like a form of FDs? Promised at least a 3% return??

Anyone tried? https://tesinvest.com.sg/fixed-deposits/ Or is it more of a Traded endowment yet claimed to be like a FD without tenure?

The product on the website is traded endowment policies. It has a longer maturity/commitment period compared to FD, no plan customisability (depending on what's for sale), and not regulated by MAS. However, it can give higher returns.
