I have been lurking on this platform and have seen q a number of detailed answers to various questions. What's the benefit of answering questions? Other than being able to share your promo code? I see some users (ahem) writing extremely lengthy posts (repeating and paraphrasing lol) and getting lots of thumbs up.

Hi Anon,
With regards to tangible benefits, other than what you mentioned, I guess it's simply to get points by answering (3 pts) and by upvotes (2 pts) to level up, unlocking certain Seedly Rewards, including 6 months free trial to Stocks Cafe, 50% off management fees on StashAway, and etc. You can find the full list of rewards here!
Other than that, I believe many Seedly members have a genuine interest in sharing their knowledge and helping other people out. I think many people in this community have realised that being interested in financial literacy is something that most people aren't into - we are actually the "oddballs" of society haha. So having a community where we can discuss certain topics, ask questions pertaining to any concerns and etc is extremely heartening because there are many different things to consider when it comes to personal finance, and it's unlikely for anyone to know everything.
Regards,
