Switching to OEM: I am switching to OEM and cant decide between discount off or fixed price. Given the higher oil prices now, would discount off be better?

Hi i asked a similar qn too! Whether discount off will always be cheaper, but the general trend seems to be so... unless the tariff rises above 26 cents??
