Suggestions on growth stock portfolio / Advice on exit strategy for overextended stocks / how to take profit

Hi guys 20YO NSF ( Pes E) need some reccomendations for my port. Have been investing for 1 yr. Current return is ~30%. High to extreme risk tolerance / appetite , and enjoy high risk growth stocks. As such these stocks tend to get overextended so I will require some exit strats that have been proven to work well (eg Trailing Stop Loss ? )

If you have high tolerance then you should just hold for the long term instead of looking for an exit strat.

People usually only exit when they need the money, cannot take the losses or no longer think the company will grow.
