1) Gross profit margins dropping

2) Loss making

3) Share count increasing (50% dillution to existing shareholders from 2017)

4) 2.41 x leveraged

Not a recommendation, not a professional or analyst or fundmanager.. this company doesnt fulfill my criteria, I would sell it if I owned it.

I got to know the company by a friend who invested in it.

When I looked at it deeper, I found that because of the industry that they are operating, the revenue and profit margins may be a bit cyclical. I dropped it after that.

Anyone has a different view? Still trying to learn from everyone!
