The company is part of the Jardine Umbrella. It is in the hotel mamagement business. While being listed in Singapore, the comapny's portfoilo is diverse and is global. Please note the NAV is very misldeading because it has never done revalaution of many of its hotel portfoilo since inception. So its NAV is actually much higher. It has been a stable dividend provider. quite a good stock in my opnion, except that it is illiquid
