State Bank of India (SBI) Home Loans vs Home Loans from bigger/local banks
I am considering taking up a home loan from SBI due to the competitive rates they offer. However, I am wondering if there is anything I need to be concerned about (e.g. administrative hassle in making loan repayment) vs taking a home loan from a bigger bank/local bank. Appreciate if anyone can share their experience. TIA!

I guess you gotten a quote from them? If yes, read thru the entire loan agreement and see if there are anything that are not competitive against the bigger banks. Looks like you really shopped around the whole list of banks. Amazing!

You might want to consider their customer service & support esp. with regards to how easy it will be to redeem or convert the loan 2-3 years later.
