For those of you who are wondering what led to this restructuring, it's because the listed company model is no longer financially sustainable for SPH Media. How many of you here pulled out your investments in SPH years ago and when did you do it?

I never liked to read singapore newspapers. (not because of any political reasons) maybe it was because of bad experiences during school days where i was forced to read newspapers and had to keep a journal.
never had direct shareholdings in SPH. it is always through an ETF or some funds.
interestingly, last i checked, Dimensional World equity still holds SPH (and some others like Singpost). although it is very very very small % holdings, but just wondering what Dimensional fund manager sees in these companies.
