Hi do take note that when u move address, you can always request your retailer to port over the contract to the new premises without breaking contract by telling them in advance. Most retailers such as Tuas Power do not charge relocation fees.(except a few like iswitch- check their factsheet). However, do take not that it is only SP side that will charge admin fees like account opening of the new premises. Hope this answer your qns :)
