SingTel Dash PET withdrawal

I have been placing $10k into Dash PET for the past 6 months and decided to withdraw $10k from it. Transferred $3k into my dash wallet and withdraw it to my bank account around 7pm last night.

However, when I try to transfer another $3k from my dash wallet again now, it said I have exceeded the transfer limit. The FAQs only said it's $3k daily so I don't know what's the problem. Anyone knows what's up?
