Singles, what was your net worth when you purchased small sized condo (studio or 1BR) ??

• 1 bedroom still got $700k+ but location may not be where you want.
• 5% cash ~$35k, the rest just use CPF.... should be ok.

Other than the 400k as downpayment (assuming u can use all), what's your monthly income cos im assuming that's where u will be paying your mortgage.

If really feeling the stretch, then why die die must buy one in July 2024?
