I've nothing much to say about Fraser Hospitality REIT.
I've never been a fan of hospitality properties given their cyclical nature but in this case, I think investors can consider investing in FHT as a potential recovery play.
That being said, there are a few key considerations - i.e declining minimum master lease rental - that investors should pay attention to.
