Should I switch to OCBC 360

Currently using FRANK and not hiting any of the criteria (<5k deposit, ~200$ monthly spend and no salary crediting). Should I switch over to 360 or only after I start work full time?

Can consider cimb with no salary crediting

First thing : No Salary Crediting, so those options like DBS Multiplier, OCBC 360, UOB One, can be excluded from your consideration.

This is also with the assumption that you are age 26 and above.

Next, you might want to consider the following bank accounts (albeit digital ones) for your case.

  1. CIMB FastSaver @ 3.5% pa promotional rate (till 31/10/2023, min $10k deposit for the duration),1.5% pa (first $25,000 thereafter, after 31/10/2023)
  2. MariBank (SeaMoney) @ 2.88% pa (till 31/12/2023, not specified but with SDIC limit of up to $75,000), 2.5% pa thereafter
  3. Trust Bank @ 1.5% pa (first $125,000, take the debit card for starters promo vouchers, can pm me for referral codes if you need 1).

No point focusing on local banks.

Get standard Chartered Jumpstart account, for the 1% cashback.

For emergency cash, park it at GXS or SingLife. Since there are no terms and conditions

No use since there is no salary crediting.

I feel you should consider UOB one account. You can get UOB evol card, which is good general card.
