Should I sell off my DBS 4.7% Perp Bonds now to reinvest in stocks?

I had emptied my warchest buying into REITs and sg bank stocks, during CB. I'm eyeing a few US tech stocks & checking my portfolio to see if there is any stocks that I can swap out for

I'm tempted to sell the Bonds as;
1. Uncertainty if it would be redeemed this year,
2. US tech stocks are doing really well. (so far)
3. I'm buying these stock sooner or later

I'm uncertain whether to sell, just because "it's bonds"

What is your opinion? Would you sell or keep the bonds?
