I bought DBS stock for long term investment. But I have noticed this price has been rising steadily to $25 currently, which is a 30% increase from the original price I bought. Not sure when is the next opportunity it will hit this price (the highest hit was $30 a few years ago). Should I sell now or hold for long term?

Since your investment objective is for the long-term, then you should not be bothered about the price today. This is unless this stock is no longer capable of fulfiling your investment objective.
Otherwise one of the following two situations will occur:
You sell and price rises - you will lament that you shouldn't have sold the stock since you are supposed to hold it for the long-term.
You don't sell and the price falls - Isn't this another opportunity to buy more and hold for the long-term?
