It depends on how serious the eye or dental issue is.

Assuming both are relatively moderate, and an either-or decision, I would go with braces. Unless really severe, glasses can be used instead of lasik surgery. However, for braces, there is no clear alternative. Braces are not only for cosmetic purposes but for health reasons too. I would say correcting your teeth because it might be more painful to correct your teeth when you're older. Whereas for Lasik, it's more of an aesthetic procedure and can do it at a later time.
