Should I open a Cash Plus or Cash Management Account for POEMS if I have the following:?
- <20k in savings
- Mainly investing in REITs
- Investing in dividends
- In my 20s, will go to uni hence no income. The money will just be left there to grow.

Currently using POEM cash plus.
Cash plus you can buy the stock. 1st then paid 1-2day later. Coz is a margin account.
Cash management link to CDP. Need to deposit in $$$ then can buy.
i prefer Cash plus coz when market drop suddenly i can buy 1st. Coz deposit the $$$ into the account normally take 1 working day.
But if you are buying UT for dividend, sale charge is free.
i choose POEM coz i can DIY instead of depending on robo-adviser.
