Should I hunker down or voice out? Painful and helpless looking at my contribution and felt maybe shortchanged if I leave now. Can anyone give some advice and discuss my employment options together?

In a coy for 10 yrs. Niche industry severely affected by COVID-19. No revenue since Mar. 1st to stop n probably last to restart...Possess a niche technical skill but really don't wish to waste it on a job not relevant to me. Have H&S+Term Insurance, FRS almost reaching by year-end. Emergency fund can last me for 1 yr expense. As well as investment. Still have liquid cash waiting 2 deploy. 25% paycut since Apr. Jun was 30%...

Anyone out there who I can discuss my employment matter 2 plan together? Thks...
