Should I DCA into Ireland-Domiciled S&P 500 ETF or accumulate one lump sum?

Thinking to invest in Ireland-Domiciled S&P 500 ETF but not sure if it’s better to accumulate and invest one shot or do DCA, given the budget of $300/month to invest. What platform would you recommend buying that ETF if portfolio is <10k at the start and wants to hold for long term.

With that monthly sum and current Singapore brokerage fees quarterly or semiannually is fine
