We did a comparison recently! Generally for all students these are some options. Personally, If I were you, I would stick to the DBS VISA Debit to get between 5 to 10% cashback on cashless transactions (as of sep 2018)
For the CITI Clear card it is really not worth your time haha. I also got it when I was a student last time.
Also last thing. Dont make this mistake like me, cos i also got the CLEAR card and canceled, now when i started working, im no longer considered a NEW MEMBER ON CITI. Means i dont get additional cash vouchers when i sign up for a proper card with CITI :)

You can consider the new CIMB AWSM credit card which gives 1% cashback, suitable for students as no minumum requirement and annual fees as compared to the DBS Visa Debit card which requires a minumum spending of $400 (I believe).
