Should I choose the UOB Preferred Platinum Visa Card or DBS Woman's World Card?

My plan is to try and accumulate miles from my spending that's mostly on installment plans, insurance payments, online shopping, and dining. I don't forsee myself spending too much maybe only slightly more than 1000 per month. I've read that I won't get any points for installments and insurance for the Women's card, but does this card let me do it?
