Background: 27M, not married, don't normally purchase online, everyday spending-1k/month excluding bills, insurance.
Current cards: OCBC titanium & cashflow, SMRT citi, UOB singtel.
OCBC titanium was 'bundled' when signing up for the cashflow card
Usage:
Cashflow: GE premiums
Titanium: ATM card or if any discount when I shop or dine
UOB Singtel: phone bill or if any discount when I shop or dine at
SMRT Citi card: Ez link, dining, any purchases
Banks: DBS, OCBC

I don't think you should change. CIti SMRT has still been serving me well with 4.7 to 5% interest.
I can suggest that you apply for HSBC advance card. With a simple workable legit hack, we can get 2.5% interest at no minimum spend and no spend category to fulfil as well. :)

I would say stick to SMRT Citibank since you already spend 1k a month and can get the extra 0.3%!...

I think the citi card will serve you better than the standard chartered cards.
This is because you are spending about $1,000 which i believe is sufficient to meet citibank upsized cashback criteria (Above $300)
