Intend to buy a shield plan for my mother. She has not visited any clinics or Hospitals as far as I can recall. From what I know, pretty straightforward case. Is a must for her to meet a financial adviser?

There is no direct purchase available for private integrated shield plan. Accordingly, the applicant and the insured (your mother) has to consult an insurance agent for advice and to submit an application.
During the application, we will declare her health situation accordingly.
