Currently have an OCBC FRANK acc, found out about this OCBC Plus! Savings Account from Dollar & Sense article about "4 Banking Accounts In Singapore With No Monthly Fall-Below Fees You Should Know About". Did anyone get experience on it? Suitable for a 19 Y/O student to apply? They said no monthly service fee, but at the start got a fee & charges of $24/year for debit card.

I'm using a Frank acc too and from what i rmb, as long as you're below 26, there's no monthly service fee and no daily avg balance to hit.

Honestly, you are better off with Singlife account and Jumpstart account. Both of them come with a debit card.
I use OCBC to deposit funds but all of my monies are in either Singlife or Jumpstart.
