Should a fresh graduate with an electronic engineering background choose MNC or SME company?

The two types of companies will give you different kind of exposures. So it really boils down to what your career goals and aspirations are. A MNC will have many platforms for you to work with different teams across job functions, but might be riddled with bothersome administrative work or deep rooted (inefficient) practices. On the other hand, SMEs are more flexible in their expectations and conduct, but might have limited support due to their smaller company size. The grass is always greener on the other side :)

Go for the one that provides u with more exposure to ur preferred scope of work. Assuming that everything is the same (e.g. pay / benefits / role / progression), go for the MNC as its gonna look better on ur future resume.
