Just dropping a thank you note, I opened a ibkr account 1 year +++ ago. 1 Year later, Jiakang (JK) reached out to me to see if i matched the requirements. Unfortunately, there was some issue at IBKR end i think.
JK followed up with them and monitored and eventually after a few months, passed me the referral reward.
I highly recommend JK as he's trusted. He gets the job done without us email around. I was quite shocked he followed up with me just a few days ago because I kind of forgot about the 'referral' reward that he wanted to pass me. 5 Stars! Thank you.
