Share your bad experience with shopback

Recently i just came back to shopback and did all my verification. But was unable to change email despite me going into the app itself to update all my cards & paylah account.

Customer support sucks and keep mentioning that my verification question was wrong despite all the confidential data given. And they still won't tell me what is wrong.

Rate it a 1 star product and their service has dropped since 2016 when i first used it.

I had the exact same problem And they didn't provide a resolution. Simply gave the excuse that it is the way their system is designed and notning they can do about it. If it's a system design flaw, they should fix it. It seems like profiteering from getting the cut from the merchants while not passing these back to the consumers.

So far they respond well to me.... even when there are hiccups they are able to resolve. Maybe write to them?
