The indicative yield is the annual (projected/last) distribution over the current price.

6% p.a.

On avg sg reit give 6%.

Need to look at individual Reit DPU (distribution per unit)

Example: suntec reit
Give 4 time a year.

In 2020:
Total DPU = 0.02347 + 0.0176 + 0.01533 + 0.01848 = 0.05904

So if you have 100 qty then
100 x 0.05904 = $5.904 dividend in 2020

But it really depend on how much $$$ u buy the 100qty.

So when the price is low, u can buy more qty with the same amount of $$$
