Sell condo before TOP

Hi guys,

I plan to sell my unit at Whistler Grand, bought in Nov'18 but is no TOP yet. is it possible? what are the steps involved? Thanks.

Hi Wai Kei, yes - it is possible, but you would have to pay Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) as you held the property for less than 3 years.
