Seedly's New Rewards Tier Cycle began on 1 Feb 2023

Wonder if it is my Seedly account only... Was informed via email late Jan that my tier will remain in the next cycle. However, it was downgraded to the lowest tier on 1 Feb. Noticed tier reinstated on 11 Feb but downgraded again the next day. Today, it was back to the lowest tier once more. Also, not aware that there was a cap to the credit earned monthly - max out on 12 Feb with 15 posts and one weekly check-in at 100 credits. So, guess unlikely I could redeem the credits expiring this month.

Perhaps Seedly could clear the air with examples once and for all how exactly does the new tier resets come 31 Jan and 31 Jul every year; and provide updates on the target timeline for resolving the technical glitches (pl pin the updates).
