Seedly Rewards: Does anyone know how to use the NTUC voucher redeemed from Seedly Rewards? It leads me to a page under Uniqgift but asking for 4 digit pin. Where can I get this pin?

I was also fiddling with it on my laptop at home and I click to receive $20 NTUC voucher in exchange for my 20,000 accumulated points. Unfortunately I accidentally pressed the redeemed button while trying to figure out how it works. I guess there goes 20,000 points
