Seedly Points Expiring

In April, tons of seedly points disappeared due to being expired (which Admin ensured that points does not expire but still they were deducted).

Come May today, April earned points are indicated to be expiring this month (which means will be deducted in the next month).

Can admin clarify why. If this is the new operation, there's no need to earn any points since it will expire within the next month and no rewards are available to redeem.

This month (May) more points are expiring BUT there's nothing to redeem. Ridiculous

I think it this whole debacle is hinting to us that Seedly is forgoing the reward systems entirely. While I still hope for the best outcome, I am more convinced for the worse outcome.

Let's be real; this forum probably does not translate to an overall net positive ROI for seedly.

This morning got a reply from Seedly email. Despite me mentioning the various threads concerns, they do not seem to understand the situation well. Looks like they are only checking MY ACCOUNT, instead of their WHOLE backend system.
So I ask anyone who want to try to restore your points, send individual email to seedly [email protected] and explain to them your situation.
Also send them a screenshot of the points deducted. Go to Rewards - Credit History - Credit Deducted
