Seedly Fairprice Voucher PIN code

I am having trouble redeeming my $10 Fairprice voucher from my Seedly rewards. I have the $10 Fairprice voucher under "My Rewards". However, when I click "Use Now", it leads me to a UNIQGIFT page which requests I enter a 4 digit PIN code to unlock the voucher. I am unable to find the 4 digit PIN code anywhere. Does anyone know where to find this PIN code?
