Secured credit card for Citibank?

Hi,

Does anyone know if Citibank offers secured credit card (Credit card with 10k deposit/pledge). Looking to get the SMRT card but can't find details online.

Most banks do, including Citibank. I highly recommend you write in to ask and they will tell you how much to deposit with them.
