Saw that you've written for 99.co and GoBear before. What triggered you to dive deep into property as your niche area? I am also an aspiring writer but can't find my direction. How did you do it?

While I'd love to give you a deep answer like "passion", in reality the answer is just "a mortgage". I mostly ended up learning about these things because I had to keep the bills paid.

But I find that neccessity and work can result in passion. The more you learn about something and the better you get at it, the more passionate you'll become about it. The same more or less applies to being a writer!
