Saving for the downpayment of a house in 4-5 years. Where would you put it in?

Currently I'm thinking to put monthly investment budget in 70% Stocks ETF and 30% in Bonds ETF and cash out the bonds and whatever Stocks is needed. What are your opinions?

Money that you need in the short term (<10 years) should not be placed in higher-risk portfolios, like the one you mentioned.

Consider placing the monies in cash management and insurance savings.
