RSP is a regular commitment on purchasing specific stocks. How long should you continuously buy a specific stock via RSP before stopping and change to purchase others? Will it matter?

You may consider before well into what equity to invest then, i don't recommend that for single stocks. Better consider well diversified passive index ETFs. Then hold longterm.
