1,000 R Coins is the Reward Land welcome reward, and at Reward Land's own rate that's S$1. It's a small sign-up reward, so here's what's published, how to claim it, and what the listings leave out.

π Reward Land referral code Y1m24qDg (the link carries it for you, so there's nothing to type): https://rewardland.onelink.me/EwIe?pid=shareLin...
β
What you get
A flat welcome reward of 1,000 R Coins when you sign up as a new Reward Land user. Reward Land states 1,000 R Coins = S$1, so it's worth S$1. The account costs S$0, and there's no minimum spend or tier published for it.
Reward Land's website and app listings show the 1,000 R Coins as the welcome reward for any new sign-up. They don't say a referral code changes the amount. So the code or link registers you through a referral at no extra cost, but I wouldn't expect it to add to the S$1. If there's a referral-only bonus, it should show in the app or the terms.

What R Coins do
Steps
Where people lose it
I checked these figures against rewardland.sg and both app store listings on DLCuration's RewardLand referral code page, which also has the longer FAQ: https://dlcuration.com/myrepublic-rewardland-re...
β
Who it's for
Existing Reward Land users don't qualify.
β
How long it runs
Ongoing, and no end date is published. Reward Land can change or end its rewards at any time, so read its terms and conditions at rewardland.sg before you sign up.
β
Honest caveat
S$1 is the whole welcome reward, so the reason to join is the cashback and vouchers, not the sign-up bonus. Cashback rates differ by merchant and change over time, so check the offer before you buy. Reward Land is a rewards app from MyRepublic Digital Pte Ltd, not a bank.

Just sharing what I found in the listings and terms, not financial advice.
