Reno Loan Interest Rate

Hi guys im thinking to take up dbs reno loan.

when i was first surveying in the 1st quarter the interest was 3.88% it is currently 4.88%. Do you think the rate will drop in the 3rd/4th quarter?

I dont think it is going to drop this year actually. yeah, do you have other options? can you stagger your expenses?
