Regarding fee-free ATM withdrawal, does it includes Master and Visa network fee $5 per withdrawal?

Been looking on the Revolut forums - while Revolut doesn't charge on their end (provided you stay within their monthly limits), they can't control what happens with the ATM operator and other parties in the payment flow.

At least in Europe, sounds like practice is all over the map with different banks/countries doing different things.

If you are doing Asia a lot, say HK, then find the ATM that doesn't charge on top of the existing $5 fee you have and just use that for Revolut and report back if free :)
